WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES THE STILO COMPANY ACCEPT?
The Stilo Company accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, and PAYPAL for online orders. Please note that we are currently not accepting payment in the following forms: GIFT CARDS and AMAZON PAYMENTS.
WHERE DOES THE STILO COMPANY ACCEPT ONLINE ORDERS FROM?
We are currently accepting domestic and international online orders from all 50 States, including Canada and Europe.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
During the checkout process, if you provided your email address you will receive a confirmation email containing the items in your order, confirmation order number, and details on your shipping method.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT ONLINE?
Once your online order has been placed and confirmed, we can no longer accept any changes to the order. This is to ensure a quick and efficient processing turnaround time. We do however offer free returns. Please visit our return policy for detailed information regarding online returns.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All online orders received during normal business hours of Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST will be processed within 3-4 business days and immediately shipped thereafter. The delivery time is dependent upon the preferred shipping method chosen during the checkout process.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
From time to time, there may be items that do run out of stock and are no longer available online for purchase. As we apologize about any inconvenience this may cause, we will remove the item from your order and you will not be charged. A revised order total and confirmation will be sent to you via email and we do not currently accept back orders at this time.

Listed prices for full priced items, sale and promotional items are not to be paired with any other sales, promotions, offers or discounts, unless clearly stated by The Stilo Company.
