OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We strive to ensure every customer and order is fulfilled to the utmost satisfaction. If for some reason, you are not pleased with your purchase we would be happy to provide an exchange or return. Simply email us at email@example.com or give us a call at 1-848-209-0370 and one of our customer service agents will guide you through your return process.
We only accept exchanges or returns of merchandise that is new, unworn, and unwashed for items up to 30 days after the date of shipment. We accept returns for merchandise that is returned within our return policy period. All returns must be returned by mail only. A credit will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase order. Unfortunately, any original shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging materials and boxes with tags attached including the packing slip or invoice. Any merchandise marked ‘final sale’ on social media, the website, or invoice are not considered merchandise that is accepted for returns within our return policy.
At this time, we are not accepting returns in person and return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. We do not offer C.O.D. delivers via mail and The Stilo Company is not responsible for any merchandise that is lost or stolen in the mail. Our return processing period is between 5-7 business days after we receive the merchandise. The amount of the refund will be according to the original invoice including any applicable taxes, however this excludes any discounts and shipping costs. Please be aware that returns can take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement before you see your refund credit.
If you would like to exchange your merchandise, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number in the subject line of the email. One of our customer service representatives will assist in your exchange or replacement order. Please be aware that at the time of re-order you will be charged for the replaced merchandise and will be refunded for the returned item once we have received it. However, we are not able to issue a credit for any shipping fees incurred.
If you received a gift that was purchased at The Stilo Company online, you may return it by mail in exchange for store credit. To return a gift, you can email us at email@example.com. Please provide the following information in the email: your full name, phone number, and email address and one of our customer service agents will assist with issuing you a store credit.
RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT OR INVOICE
If you would like to return any merchandise without a receipt or invoice, you will need to reprint your original order from your online account. You can do this by simply logging in at http://www.thestiloco.com and clicking on your Order History to download and print your invoice.
